This 'Black' label is crafted with minimal intervention, spending 4 months on the skins in Georgian amphoras (qvevri) and 12 months resting in bottle, protected from light to preserve its depth and character.

The result is a harmonious balance of vibrant acidity, gentle tannins, and layered texture — a tribute to Calabria's enduring spirit and the quiet strength of its Nonnas.
